Valve guides for VB6 series engines, made in hard wearing special bronze, not CZ 114, a cheap inferior form of material, not really suitable for valve guides.
2 types sold -
Type 1 - for 11/32" valve stem as original, uses original valve which requires 'tipping' to alter clearances, once head is fitted it has to be removed to alter valve clearances (often minor adjustments can be made with different followers), normally supplied with EN24 tufrided spring seat collar so the spring doesn't 'pick up' bronze, this then uses original springs, top caps & collets.
Type 2 - Used in conjunction with our 5/16" stemmed large dia inlet & exhaust valves, springs, top & bottom caps - all designed to take valve shims instead of removing the head & 'tipping' the valve stems to obtain the correct valve clearance, or buying some thicker cam followers & grinding internally to the correct thickness of follower to get the clearance right. This is the type we use on engines & heads we build in the workshop.
