Conversion kit to Tandem Brake master cylinder - exclusive to Four Ashes, now even more viable as there is a lack of New Old Stock Girling original master cylinders, (there are some made in India but we wouldn't use them) which often sell for around £675 + vat now or more

All parts needed for this conversion are in the kit to convert from the original single circuit master cylinder to our new tandem dual circuit brake master cylinder (like a modern car), it dosn't need extra holes drilling in the chassis or any modifications to the chassis or bulkhead, our parts fit using existing fittings.

The conversion bracket fits with 2 new bolts into the existing master cylinder holes, it works in the same way & position as the original, with no modification to the pedals or pedal bracket.

Extensive list of parts in the kit, with fitting instructions, very easy to fit.

Our kit uses a commercially available 1" bore master cylinder as STD with specially made brass fittings which is suitably modified by us the enable the AM brake supply pipe fittings to be easily fitted, the 1" dia which keeps the Pedal pressure the same, however we can offer a brake servo kit for the front circuit which reduces pedal pressure, this includes instructions.

Note. Excludes brake pipes to front and rear of vehicle (these are std 3/16" brake pipe) but does include the short 3/8" male nuts that screw into the cylinder.

Note: DB MkIII's have an extra 1/2 size reservoir for the rear circuit, the bracket & 2 reservoirs are provided  to fit to the bulkhead, please state which model of DB2 or 2/4 its for, LHD or RHD.

These kits have been tested under Race, Rally & Road conditions since 2010 now with great success.
