3 fixing hole 'D' plate for locating wheel cylinder on to brake backplate, so they fit the wheel cylinders that are available these days, you need to file the extra slot in DB2 & DB2/4 3HA axle backplates.

Note that the later 4HA axled cars often have the backplates suitable for 3 bolt wheel cylinders
